Ripmax SQUALL

Anyone out there seen these? Excellent value and vectored thrust with 4s power pack

Reports on various forums are very favourable, go on JJ you know you want to. And give us a build thread while you are at it. 8-)

Righty ho

Build is straightforward but watch those vinyl stickers - hard backing and flimsy decal.

Couple of nights work should do it if you have everything to hand.

I used metal geared digital servos x 3.

4s pack of 30 c is best 35 c if you can find one.

Flying - easily away - no trim change needed but those movements are way tooooooo much even on minimum @ 20% expo.

Mine now set up at 8mm up and down with 25% expo.

Very quick, vertical no problem but do use the inertia to keep her moving. Landings - well still not sorted this yet - need to get a feel for the speed range.

Will be a winner at the field - no fuss and fly!
