Hello all.

Hello all, i'll start by introducing myself, my name is Jamie and i recently moved from cornwall to bolton and was hoping to join this club, the only issue is that since moving, my car has gone to the dogs so to speak so i am unable to drive there, which is a real pain.

I do not have a plane yet (hopefully getting one within the next 2 months), but i do have a heli which i need to replace a couple of minor parts (due to negative pitch when i idle the throttle when heli is too high), i was just wondering if there is anyone in the bolton area who i may be able to car-share with (including sharing fuel cost) so i may join your fantastic club.

I would say if that is not possible then if there was someone who would be willing to come over to bolton some time (after i join the club) so i could get my heli (Twister 3D storm) set up properly and when i have the money to get my gear, maybe help me assemble the plane and trim it etc.

PS. i am not trying to scam free help from the club, ideally i'd prefer to join the club and car share till i can get my car on the road.

Hi,

If you can get the heli to the field one day with all your stuff I will sort it out for you.

Don't ask about planes, thats the dark side which we heli pilots don't talk about.

Cheers,

Fred

Thank you for the replies guys, if thats bromley cross in bolton thats not that far from me. would you mind passing on my email address so he can contact me if he doesn't mind, its jpmb198@btinternet.com

Oh it cant be setup properly yet as i need to get a new main rotor shaft dues to it being bend :( but i think my heli is setup all wrong (pitch seems rubbish, and other than one time when it hovered well, it seems to have gone down hill.

Much appreciate your replies.

Ps. Fredcaz i wish i could get it to the club, but car is not a goer atm.
